These terms govern the use of the website operated by Turning Point MEA LLC-FZ ("the Company") at tpmea.com and turningpointmea.com, including all paths beneath them ("this Site"). By using this Site you are taken to have accepted these terms.
This Site exists to introduce the Company's practice areas and past work, to publish insight articles, and to receive enquiries. It does not sell goods or services online, and it offers no membership or account features.
The insight articles on this Site are general information compiled from published regulations, statistics and institutional sources. They are not legal, tax, customs or certification advice on any particular company or transaction, and they are no substitute for such advice.
Each article states the date on which its sources were current. Regulations and procedures change, so the current requirements should be confirmed directly with the competent authority before any actual shipment, application or contract. The Company accepts no responsibility for the consequences of decisions made in reliance on the information on this Site alone.
An advisory relationship with the Company arises only when an individual contract has been concluded. Viewing this Site or sending an enquiry does not create one.
All content on this Site — text, images, charts, logos, design and the rest — belongs to the Company or to its rightful owner.
Viewing and quotation for personal, non-commercial purposes are permitted on condition that the source is credited. Any other reproduction, distribution, transmission or preparation of derivative works requires the Company's prior written consent.

These terms, and communications made through this Site, take effect in electronic form under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services. Article 4.3 of the Meydan Free Zone Companies and Licensing Regulations 2022 likewise recognises the effect of electronic records and electronic signatures.
The Company may amend these terms. Amended terms apply from the time they are posted on this Site. The effective date is shown at the top of this document.
These terms are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Article 50.1 of the Meydan Free Zone Companies and Licensing Regulations 2022 requires a licensee to comply with all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and of Dubai.
Disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts. Where an individual contract exists between the Company and the user and that contract provides for a different method of dispute resolution, that contract prevails. Article 3.3 of the Meydan Free Zone Regulations likewise recognises the dispute resolution procedure agreed in a contract.
